1. Eligibility & Commercial Intent

2. Regulated Military Items & Lawful Usage

Sky Warriors specializes in military and defense force tailoring, uniforms, rank accoutrements, badges, and accessories.

  • Certain rank epaulettes, service medal racks, and regulation combat badges are intended exclusively for authorized defense personnel, ex-servicemen, authorized defense institutions, ceremonial displays, or authorized theatrical/film productions.
  • Buyers are strictly responsible for complying with the Indian Penal Code (including Sections 140 and 171 regarding unauthorized wearing of military garb or impersonation of armed forces personnel) and the Official Secrets Act.
  • We reserve the right to request proof of identity or service authorization prior to dispatching restricted rank or ceremonial uniform articles.

3. Custom Orders & Bespoke Tailoring

  • Accuracy of Information: For bespoke items such as custom-engraved brass nameplates, embroidered name tapes, and tailor-fitted tunics, customers are solely responsible for ensuring the correctness of submitted spellings, initials, and physical measurements.
  • Production Timelines: Handcrafted and custom-tailored articles require specialized workshop time (typically 3 to 7 business days) prior to dispatch.
  • Non-Cancellable: Once production of a personalized or custom-engraved item has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to revise product prices, promotional discounts, and availability at any time without prior notice.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation through our authorized online payment gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch orders across India via India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post) and reputable commercial courier networks.
  • Deliveries to Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPO) are routed through India Post guidelines.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may be subject to transit delays beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather in mountainous regions, security closures, or logistical disruptions.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Alterations

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive an item damaged during transit or with an evident manufacturing flaw, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for an exchange or replacement.
  • Bespoke Items: Due to their personalized nature, custom-engraved nameplates, personalized embroidered name tapes, and bespoke tailored clothing are non-returnable unless an error was made on our part.
  • Standard Catalog Items: Unworn standard items (e.g., standard boots, ID card holders, belts) in original packaging may be eligible for size exchange subject to customer-borne return shipping.

7. Intellectual Property

All Website content, product descriptions, brand graphics, photographs, logos, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Sky Warriors / Sharma Tailors or used under appropriate license. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
