Shipping & Delivery
- We dispatch orders across India via India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post) and reputable commercial courier networks.
- Deliveries to Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPO) are routed through India Post guidelines.
- Handcrafted and custom-tailored articles typically need 3 to 7 business days of workshop time before dispatch.
- Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by weather, security closures or other logistical disruptions.
Returns, Exchanges & Alterations
- Defective or damaged goods: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs for an exchange or replacement.
- Bespoke items: custom-engraved nameplates, personalised embroidered name tapes and bespoke tailored clothing are non-returnable unless we made an error.
- Standard catalogue items: unworn items in original packaging may be eligible for size exchange, with return shipping paid by the customer.
- Once production of a personalised or custom item has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
